Really torn

Last update was great and I still have it a 4 star rating, this one..... Ive been reading the reviews and have some ideas too. Totally need to have some kind of number on the upgrades to structures. Not a fan of the new layout. Personally I prefer drop-down menus over this.
Secondly and more importantly, nerfing the production down 80-90% was a really rotten surprise! I would have been upset with half but seriously EIGHTY percent?!?!?! Come on!!! A lot of us have spent real money on tip jars and everything else to gain great cps only to have "the powers that be" rip them away at whim. Is someone worried someone will "beat" the game? Isnt that why you all add different goals and structures to buy to keep us engaged and coming back for more?
Lastly, I would also love to be able to toggle cookies on and off. If I want to increase a cookie prevalence now, I have to restart- with every update it seems like you DONT want us to restart and yet we have to in order to gain cupcake percentage and to adjust the cookies we see. Seriously whenever you do this I want to go back to something thats consistent. CCC1 farm candy, buy structures, repeat. Easy!
